Welcome to Limited Edition Technology LLC. By purchasing our services or products, requesting proposals, using tools we provide, or entering into a written agreement, you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern professional technology services—including consulting, integration, deployment, managed support, procurement assistance, and related deliverables—unless superseded by a signed master services agreement or statement of work that explicitly modifies these terms.
Limited Edition Technology LLC will perform the services described in an executed statement of work, order form, or support schedule. Technology environments change frequently; Limited Edition Technology LLC may recommend adjustments to sequencing, tooling, or staffing when doing so reduces risk or improves outcomes. Where third-party outages, vendor defects, or client-side dependencies block progress, Limited Edition Technology LLC will document the condition and propose remediation options.
Project dates and milestones are planning estimates. Actual delivery depends on timely access, accurate information, change approvals, and availability of stakeholders. While Limited Edition Technology LLC will communicate forecasted timelines for major phases, those projections are not guarantees. Limited Edition Technology LLC is not liable for delays caused by client approval cycles, incomplete prerequisites, upstream vendor issues, or force majeure events.
Fees for Limited Edition Technology LLC labor and services are billed according to the contract. Licenses, cloud consumption, hardware, freight, and similar pass-through costs are billed separately when applicable and require client authorization unless already included in a fixed-fee quote. Late payment may result in suspension of services after written notice, as permitted by law and the underlying agreement.
Upon full payment for custom deliverables expressly identified as client-owned in the agreement, the client receives the usage rights described therein. Limited Edition Technology LLC retains rights to pre-existing materials, templates, scripts, and know-how used across clients, and may reuse generalized methodologies that do not disclose your confidential information. Limited Edition Technology LLC may reference anonymized outcomes in marketing unless a separate non-disclosure agreement prohibits it.
